Telling someone with depression to just "get over it" it like telling someone with a broken leg to run to the hospital.
Telling someone with anxiety that "they're just a little stressed, everything will be fine in a few days" is like telling someone with third degree burns all over their body that "its just a scratch, it'll heal in a few days."
Telling someone someone with both depression and anxiety that they are "just being dramatic" is like telling a cancer patient they are "just being dramatic."
Think before you speak. You're only making it worse.
